Do not refrigerate to prevent product from crystallising. Crystillisation is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the honey. To decrystillise stand the honey bottle in a container of hot water and allow to warm slowly. Product of the Klein Karoo, Proudly South African.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Use as an alternative to sugar to sweeten porridge and tea. Serve with yogurt, on crumpets, scones, waffles, muffins, bread or toast.
